Captiol Expressway Accident, San Jose CA

This is the dash cam footage of an accident on northbound Capitol Expressway in San Jose CA, just after the intersection with Capitol Avenue as you approach interstate 680. From what I initially saw, it just looked like I was rear-ended by the Infiniti. But you can see a Subaru that was also hit, how did that happen? Looking at the rear camera you can see the Infiniti driver going extremely fast in the left-most lane, probably 60 mph or more (while my lane was going 13 mph) and clipped the center divide causing him to turn to his right and T-bone the Subaru. Then he slid sideways into me, smashing my rear trunk and window, causing both of us to spin 180 degrees.

The driver of the Infiniti was taken to the hospital. He hit his head and one eye was swollen shut pretty quickly. Driver of the Subaru said he could not hear out of his left ear. His side air bags deployed. My air bags did not deploy, my head hit the steering wheel (even with seat belt) and I have a mild concussion. I'm still under concussion watch, presently. Makes me feel like a quarterback.
