Wing Chun Did Not Saved Him

This is the hardest video I have ever made.

One of my students is gone.
Stabbed to death in a street attack.

People will ask:
“Did Wing Chun fail?”
“Why didn’t it save him?”

The truth is painful — and it needs to be said.

Wing Chun is not magic.
Forms, drills, and techniques cannot replace street awareness, avoidance, and reality.
No martial art can protect you if you are surrounded, unprepared, or forced into chaos.

I warned him.
About the streets.
About multiple attackers.
About thinking training alone makes you safe.

This video is not about blame.
It is about truth.

If you train Wing Chun — or any martial art — you must understand:
• Fighting is not winning
• Ego gets people killed
• Real danger does not look like training
• Survival starts before the first punch

I am sharing this story so others do not repeat the same mistake.
