On the evening of November 30th, 2025, at 6:55 PM, Trooper Noah Fricke (ASP Troop L) responded to radio traffic reporting a silver Subaru fleeing southbound on Highway 71 as multiple agencies attempted to track its movements. Traffic units reported speeds ranging from 80 to 100 mph, with the suspect vehicle weaving through moderate evening traffic while heading toward Springdale and Fayetteville.

As the Subaru approached the Don Tyson Parkway interchange, additional troopers positioned themselves ahead of the pursuit. Radio traffic indicated attempts to slow the vehicle, but the Subaru continued through commercial corridors at high speed. The fleeing vehicle then passed the northwest Arkansas mall area, maintaining unsafe speed while troopers coordinated their approach from primary and secondary positions.

The Subaru ultimately traveled toward the southern end of Highway 71, where units reported contact and the vehicle’s movement changed. What followed — including verbal commands, vehicle stop procedures, and the actions taken once contact was made — is shown inside the video.
