This documentary tells the true and unsettling story of a serial killer who targeted elderly women in the secure, peaceful retirement community of Canyon Lake, California. When the bodies of 86-year-old Norma Davis and 66-year-old June Roberts are found brutally murdered in their homes, Detective Joe Greco finds himself facing a level of violence he’s never encountered. With the town gripped by fear and few clues, investigators must race against time to stop the bloodshed. The case takes a shocking turn with a survivor’s terrifying eyewitness account, which links the killer to a series of credit card purchases and a disturbing shopping spree. Follow the painstaking forensic work and psychological profiling that ultimately unmasks Dana Sue Gray, a seemingly normal woman and former nurse who betrayed the trust of her community to kill for financial gain and property. This chilling case reveals the unexpected face of a rare female serial killer and the cold, calculated motives behind her horrific crimes.
