Christmas is approaching and there's a new kid on the block in British airline and domestic carrier Eastern Airways - they're excited to be joining the big names at Heathrow, but one of their busiest flights is scuppered by yet more bad news as a new variant of the Covid-19 pandemic has been discovered and it's come from Kent, meaning that airports around the world are closing their borders to the UK. As flights are cancelled before the passengers' eyes, they scramble to get on any available plane in a desperate attempt to get home - it's down to Demi and new Passenger Experience Manager Tas to sort out the chaos.
