NO FLAPS Landing. Rouge Airbus A320 Emergency landing with stuck flaps. REAL ATC

An Air Canada Rouge Airbus A320-214 registration C-GFCH, performing flight ROU1662 from Toronto Pearson International Airport (CYYZ) to Fort Myers Southwest Florida International Airport (KRSW) after departure from Toronto reported flight control issue and declared PAN-PAN. Later the crew reported flap control issue and informed that they had no flaps.
