Note to avoid confusion, Ironwolf Drives I mention have both:
- Iron Health Management (IHM) - an application which helps monitor the performance of the NAS drives operationally
AND
- Data Recovery where the end user has the option of sending their drives (if they ever fail, get damaged) to our Seagate owned Lab to get support with retrieving the data and/or getting the drive repaired.
In one of my infographics I should have been clearer about these being two independent features!
