This vegetable soup is made with mixture of vegetables like beans, carrot, cabbage and capsicum. You can also add even more vegetables of your choice to make this soup. Ingredients :
1. Butter - 1 tsp
2. Garlic - 1 tsp (chopped)
3. Onion - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
4. Beans - 1/4 cup
5. Carrot - 1/4 cup
6. Cabbage - 1/4 cup
7. Salt to taste
8. Water - 2.5 cups
9. Capsicum - 2 tbsp
10. Corn flour - 1 tbsp
11. Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
12.Few coriander leaves
