Detailed Description:
After an exciting first day, our second day in Koh Lanta was all about slowing down and soaking in the island’s relaxed energy. We started the day with a visit to Koh Lanta Old Town, a quiet, laid-back spot filled with cute shops, sea views, and hidden gems.
Although it’s small, it’s got a big personality — and we loved browsing the handmade souvenirs and unique trinkets tucked into the wooden buildings lining the street.
Later, back at the hotel, we hopped into the pool just as a light tropical rain started falling, and honestly, it was one of the most peaceful, unexpected moments of the trip.
We also sorted out our next bit of travel with a local who helped us book at a much cheaper price than the online options — always worth asking around!
We tried mango sticky rice, a popular southeast asia dessert, for the first time! 🥭🍚 It and interesting vegan dessert.
