Cargojet Amazon B767 | SLAT PROBLEMS + RUNWAY EXCURSION at Vancouver

Cargojet Amazon Prime Air B767 performing flight from Hamilton to Vancouver suffered a runway excursion after landing and the nose gear collapsed.

Pilots had previously declared PANPAN reporting slat asymmetry and they would land at a higher speed.
