Well over a year into the global pandemic, Heathrow finally has something to celebrate - Terminal 3 is reopening its doors to the public with 11 Virgin flights set to take to the skies. In charge of this homecoming for Virgin is Duty Manager Keith, and there's more than a few teething problems when a jammed jetty door threatens to derail one of his departures. Meanwhile, it's business as usual in Terminal 5 as Passenger Experience Manager Tas is called to deal with an arriving passenger who is refusing to pay for his mandatory day two and day eight Covid tests - if Tas can't convince the passenger to cough up for the tests, he faces huge fines and a visit from the long arm of the law. Elsewhere, the City of London Corporation's Animal Reception Centre have quarantined two pooches who have flown into the USA without proof of treatment for tapeworm, and it's down to Animal Health Officer Shannon to administer drugs to these disruptive dogs.
