Heathrow is back! Because Travel is back! with Britain's Busiest Airport flying into its toughest summer ever. Returning to the screen this year it's bigger and better with a new 60-minute duration and a time of 9pm. This is Heathrow on steroids as it comes under extreme pressure like never before - from a deluge of passengers, new planes, and staff shortages. Returning favourites include Passenger Service manager Demi who has his hands full with 200,000 passengers inside the terminals whilst Airside Ian equipped with his handlebar moustache, is out on the airfield trying to keep the runway ready for the 1000 planes now landing or taking off every day. Joining them this year are new Heathrow Hero's: Engineer Cat, Passenger Experience Manager Tasha, and Baggage Handler Darren . All struggling to keep Heathrow going, with a smile on their face This series goes behind the scenes deeper than ever: with terminals transformed into drama sets, 122mph winds damaging the airfield, as well as passengers facing delays & cancellations and not just from missing luggage!
